Just been to pip tribunal which has been adjourned as my sister, who was with me, knew the presenting officer, and the panel had advised that because they had given a very strong warning that my award could go down and DWPs position was that there were contradictions in evidence and the whole award should be reviewed, they did not wish to put the PO in an awkward position! The chairperson also advised I should seek assistance with the appeal and the decision of whether to continue given the strength of the warning! Can you help please?
