I was esa credits only which I had to fight for, I was before moving house waiting for an esa work capability assessment result which I was phoned about in March the next year when I had already been kicked off esa and claimed UC, I moved from Northumberland to Tyne and Wear, I did a UC wca in September this year.

You never mentioned the WCA you had in September in any previous comments. What was the decision on that? The decision made on that would have overruled the decision that was made in March.

No decision has been made as far as I know, my original work coach from the start of the UC claim was chasing it up now this new coach Dawn says my wca was in march? But my UC wca was in September it's all very confusing to me  I have nothing in my journal nor have I received any letters about any decision of a wca, Dawn stated that I would not get one because of the time frame nor could I have a MR due to the time frame, none of this makes any sense to me? I wish I could show you my journal there is nothing about any wca.

I've found the letter from the health assessment advisory service dated 18th July 2022 and it states my assessment appointment was 1st August 2022 my bad not September  but 61 year old confined to this sheltered accommodation my memory is not that good anymore all the same it is not March 2022! I have been advised in my journal that this has been handed over to a higher manager.

This sounds really frustrating, confusing and like a lengthy process @Philonline. How are you feeling about it being handed over to a higher manager?

Please feel free to let us know how it goes and if you need any further support in the meantime. We are all here for you and listening to you :)

Well I still don't know what's happening, they posted in my journal they would get back to me in 48 hours and they did not? Will see if anything comes to light tomorow as until they give me some answers there seems to be nothing I can do without any relevant information about the decision they have taken.

With that 48 hours you need to take into consideration the weekend, they don't usually work weekends.

So sorry I just saw your last message @Philonline

Glad to hear you are back with Nicola, she seems like she's on the ball!

Hopefully everything will be up in your journal soon so you have a record. If not, then I'd ask Nicola if she can send anything to you via email or in the post. Just to confirm.

You went through a right rigmarole, I hope you are feeling better today?

Thanks Hannah yes it's good to know that I'm back to where I was before the whole thing went to pot, I am still convinced they were trying to cover up a mistake by a trainee, why they would try and mislead somebody is beyond me, just hope it is being sorted or I will be back again.

The staff are simply very inadequately trained.

I thought the same during a phone interview I had on a Saturday with somebody who sounded very young who did not even realise they were talking to someone 61 years old, obvious she had not read anything about me but after a silly comment she made to someone of my age she did apologise.

Oh no @Philonline. Glad she, at least, apologised  :)
