Hi.
So I have been putting sick notes into uc since April 12th 2019 I have now been accepted for the LWCA I am just wondering if I will get back pay and when I will be paid it? Does this happen quickly and then I start receiving extra on my payments after 3 months

Welcome to the community! How are you today?
As far as I am aware, it will state on your acceptance of LWCA letter if and when you would receive backpay. I know a lot of people have been getting texts to say they have been awarded and letters are taking a few extra days with Royal Mail strikes. Is this the situation you find yourself in?0
