Hi, sorry if this is formatted incorrectly it’s my first time using the site. Hopefully someone can help as i’m really lost with what google is saying. I have received the pip letter explaining they’ve accepted it and the rates etc, scores and what date it will count as starting from (the call date) as with what day it will be paid on, just as other people have mentioned-
however I can’t find any part that says what date to expected the first payment? I know when it’s going to be backdated from because of the letter but remain oblivious to when we will receive the first payment, can anyone help?

In the letter it will tell you what day of the week you money will be paid. It will also tell you what date the money they owed you covers, it will say something like, we paid your X amount of money and this cover X to y date. What date was that?

It says I can award you __ from 23 may 2022 to 11 october 2028 and then mentions it will be on a monday every four weeks, but no mention of what date to expect the first payment. I haven’t received anything yet and got the letter and accepted on the 28th of november0

No unfortunately not, it says everything I mentioned above and then under your payments it just says PIP is paid every four weeks. That’s why i’m confused as i know they’re going to backdate from the 23rd of may, but no idea as to when i can expect that or the first payment as so far we have received nothing and the letter doesn’t mention any dates besides when they class the award from.0

Then you will need to ring PIP tomorrow when they open at 9am. The number will be on the decision letter.0

Hi
When you call pip the automated message should tell you the amount and date of your next payment then it will be every 4 weeks going forward0 -
