Carers element uc effect council tax reduction?

my partner after a 18month wait just awarded pip,we get help with Council tax reduction and have just had carers element added to uc.Wil this effect our CTR?will we need to pay more thanks?

    It will depend on the rules set by your local authority. Each authority can set their own rules so it isn’t possible to give a definitive reply. 
    Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Rules may be different in other parts of UK.
