tomm said:I'm not aware of any other way of contacting the DWP/PIP , you can complete the pip2 online, but you would if the PIP enquiry help line can't help you Would have to ring the New claims Number , like you did to get the PIP 2 sent to youPIP2 online forms are only available to certain people if invited to apply this way. If it's a review form (AR1) then these are not available online. The helpline is the same number as the new claims number.0

@tomm quite correct, my apologies. It’s been a long day, didn’t sleep good last night and have a terrible headache this evening.I believe with the online form there’s a certain amount of claimants offered this option but can’t remember how many per week.1

I've been waiting 30 minutes all I want is extra time to get help with the form. It's a new pip claim. I only got the form yesterday and they want it back by the 23rd1

The best time to ring PIP is usually as soon as they open at 9am.

Really positive to hear you have an appointment with someone who is going to help you with it @peackle70. How are you feeling about things at the moment?
Please don't hesitate to let us know how it goes and if we can do anything to support you with it. We are all here for you and listening to you.
Take care for now and we will look forward to, hopefully, hearing from you again soon0
