Hello i am getting Universal credit and my partner is waiting backpay for cares allowance. As i am disabled but question is will they reduce all amount of back pay on my universal credit she was not the whole time with me on claime on uc she is with me from 3.11.22

It won't affect your UC in the time before you were claiming as a couple. Going forward has your partner reported the changes on their journal now so that the carers element can be added to your maximum UC entitlement, providing your partner isn't claiming the LCWRA element for theirself.
