I have just won my tribunal 3 days a go and I was wondering how long it would take before I get my back pay they owe me ?

Good news. It can take anything up to about 8 weeks to receive any money owed and to put your award into payment. This mean with Christmas and new year being so close it will probaby be in the New year now.
