There's no other way of contacting them regarding this other than the form you've already filled out. All you can do is wait for the payment.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help. -
Hello @MissCT8676. It could be worth getting in touch with your MP to point out that there's no way to chase these and see if they can help. Even if they can't, it would be good to raise awareness that many of these payments still haven't been made and that there is no way to query it aside from the form you've already completed.Community Manager

Thanks @durhamjaide2001. I definitely don't get on here as much as I'd like so it's nice to have some time catching up.Community Manager

Good luck talking to your mam @MissCT8676. It sounds really positive that you have your mamCommunity Volunteer Adviser with professional knowledge of education, special educational needs and disabilities and EHCP's. Pronouns: She/her.

I didn’t know you had to fill out a form to get this £150 disability payment? Is this right?

Payment is automatically paid. The form is only if you didn't receive payment.
