PIP reconsideration

Hi
I applied for pip a little while ago and was given standard rate mobility but no daily living part and as I was applying for autism so i was a bit confused but i only had my autism assessment for evidence. I got 4 points for needing social support.  But I have reapplied with evidence from my therapist, a statement from someone who helps me a lot and also evidence for the use of assistive technology for reading and writing.

I really don’t want to get my hopes up but is anyone able to help me if that is enough evidence to get another 4 points or do I need to find more documents?

If you already had a mobility award then you couldn’t have reapplied. You could report a change of circumstances.
What you could have done instead of doing this is challenge the decision by first requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration.
I can’t tell you if that’s enough of evidence because I don’t know what it says in that evidence and I don’t know exactly how your conditions affect you.
Most people have assessments which can be by either phone, video or face to face.

When you request the Mandatory Reconsideration they will look at the whole award again, not just part of it, although you can tell them you're happy with the mobility award.
Most MR decisions remain the same anyway so it's likely you'll need to take it to Tribunal.
