I recently had pip telephone assessment and the assessor has written down everything I didn’t say how’s this work not had letter from pip yet but thought I would request a copy and after looking through it she has put complete opposite from what I said

The assessment process isn't there for them to write what you said word for word. It's for them to gather more evidence to support your claim. They then write the report which is their opinion based on everything you wrote in the form, any extra evidence you sent and what you said during the assessment.Have you added up any possible recommended scores in the report?Decision timescales are 2-12 weeks once the report was returned to DWP. Once the decision is made if you're not happy you can challenge that by requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR)0

It’s been 3 weeks since telephone assessment but not had letter just the assessment forms that I requested yes I scored 18-16 however she has scored me 0-0 but contradicted her self at the end so fact is she has written what she wants not factual information0
