hi everyone isn’t it cold I find myself having to deal with a terminal diagnosis copd for some reason I’ve only been told this in the last few months but was diagnosed 8years ago and no one told me so am feeling a bit confused I’ve been trying to get hold of dwp so hard any help would be so appreciated at this difficult time wrap up up warm hope to hear from you soon regards Karen x

What is the reason why you're trying to ring DWP? which benefits are you claiming exactly? A diagnosis doesn't automatically entitle you to any extra benefits and isn't really a change of circumstances that needs to be reported.2
