Afternoon everyone. I finally got my call from DWP telling me my claim is now going through and if I have been in hospital or jail ect and that my bank details are correct. He then told me now that I have answered his questions he can begin to work out how much I'm owed and that it should be in my bank next week as its Christmas and bank holidays. However I asked how much I'm owed and he said he didn't know yet as he has to work it out. Is that normal as most people I have talked to said they were told on the phonecall how much it would be and that its in front of them on the screen 🤷♂️ anyone else have this happen? And happy Christmas to all

Yes it’s perfectly normal. If they haven’t worked it out how can they possibly tell you. It may take a few days to pay what is owed.0
