Hi everyone I hope you are all keeping well as can be and the weather is not affecting u as it is for me ?

    Hello @blacklupiefro   Pleased to meet you welcome.

    I hope you are keeping well.  Yes the hot weather can be beneficial for our well being. Also can be too much for some members of our community.

    Remember drink plenty of water. Have a hat when going out.  Before eleven in the morning and after three in the afternoon the coolest part of the day.  Apply sunscreen factor 15 plus .

    Consider eating plenty of fruit such as Citrus like Oranges, Satsumas and Mandarins.  Thirst quenchers just a suggestion.  Apples, Melon, other suggestions.  You can buy diced Melon in the supermarkets.

    Also to be energised eat small snacks if that is possible.

    I eat Peanut Butter sandwiches. Bake Potatoes. You can buy frozen ones can do them in the Microwave.  Top with Bake Beans.  Quick simple snacks.
