Hi folks, Just wondering if any of you go to art n craft groups for wellbeing? I've been part of them in the past and find it so great for my mental health. Being a bit of an artist and crafter myself, It helps me to be around others to inspire me and to learn new things. Plus make some great friends

Hi @Swann1979, I've never been to a group, but I do love doing crafts for my own wellbeing. What kind of things do you like to do? My favourite is probably crocheting.

Hello @Swann1979.
There are community art groups for disabled people. Have a look online or ask around. What sort of things do you love to do? There are art books available perhaps use them to start? Additionally you can find tips and recommendations online too.0
