Hi everyone just me being a bit of an idiot and misplaced my pips award letter and guess what it blue badge renewal time! can any point me in the right direction as when i ring up i go through all the rigmarole Press 1 etc and get cut off multiple times. your frustrated to hell. G

Try ringing as soon as they open at 9am as this is usually the best time. Other than that you just have to keep trying. Being cut off just means that they are extremely busy.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

Welcome to the community @Garry17! As Poppy says, this usually means they're very busy. I've heard from quite a few people lately that they're being cut off before they get through.
Unfortunately seems like the only thing you can do is to keep trying at different times. Frustrating I know! Hope you get it sorted soon!Rosie (she/her)
