Hello, I spoke to one who just said they are not taking on anyone else as they are too busy. I didn’t know if anyone would know of any others who might be able to help

The link posted above for advice local would show you all the advice agencies local to you. Many people go through the Tribunal without help or representation from an advice agency.

82% of those that either have a face to face, video or telephone hearing have a decision in their favour. Paper based hearings have a considerably less chance of success at only about 5-8%. For this reason I wouldn't advise you to choose paper based.

If you have any questions you can ask here and I'm sure someone will be able to advise you.
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying.
If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
