I've been disabled for about six years now. Mobility is an issue, as is mental health. As is pain. Not had any social life for about 10 years. Came here to see if there's anything I can do to improve My independency and feelings of isolation.

Just saying Hello
Just thought I'd say hello. I'm Andrew from Windermere. I had a stroke when I was 39 and that was 16 years ago, left me with quite severe mobility problems, but thankfully didn't harm my intellect much so that's good. I've coped with depression on and off for as long as I can remember, and twelve years ago I had a major heart attack and so…

Hello :) looking for community in these trying times
I’ve been thinking I should join this community for a while.
