Pip / council tax
hi, has anyone been told that pip is now classed as an income. I haven't heard this. My sister in-in-law who is disabled and a carer has just moved over to uc from income support with her husband, the a person in her council office has told her she has pa pay full council tax and her pip is classed as an income.š¤·āāļø

hi, received letter from esa to say it goes up in April Confusing thing is, it says till November! That mean assessment would be done then? Been in support group nearly 3 years

ESA CB and Council tax benefit now only 50%
back in February i was asked to provided an up to date bank statement of my savings which i did Ā£6300 ā¦. when my council bill for this year dropped i was been asked for the full amount (Ā£2054) because savings above Ā£6K now rule out any council tax benefit as opposed to previous years where the limit was Ā£16K my savingsā¦

This is ridiculous, they say about the benefits bill but a lot of people are pension age on pip etc because of them raising the age.

I just want to say as well carrying on from my last post . Rachel Reeves wants to get everyone back into work ,How is this going to pan out with people who have Mental health problems , Depression anxiety PTSD ADHD ASD . Scitsophrenia Bipolar disorder etc. Will employers really want to take on people with these conditionsā¦

Does anyone think that if the pip changes go ahead ( I can't see them changing as we're an easy target ) that the reviews might just be dragged out even longer to stop more payments. We need to have a massive protest
If everyone comes together in every town and city s. We need to protest against these benefits cuts. Stand up and protest outside your local job centres mp office outside parliament otherwise this new disability benefits cut will go a head .
