Hello, I recently went to tribunal for a pip decision, I was not told the tribunal decision there and then apparently I have to wait for a letter if the post, I was wondering how long people waited for there letter once one had been sent, also if successful how long would I be waiting for back dated money owed ?

Usually within a week you'll receive the decision letter. If successfully award it can take anything up to about 8 weeks to receive any money owed and about the same time to put an award into payment.

Thank you for the information, I already have an award high rate mobility but am challenging the care element pretty ridiculous to be honest with my condition.0

Hi @castelle23 and a warm welcome to our community. How are you getting on today? I imagine your eyes are firmly on the letter box!
We really hope you receive positive news asap. Please do keep us posted on the outcome and let us know if we can help in any other way.
Just to advise, I've moved your thread to our PIP, DLA and AA category and changed the title to help others spot your question more easily.
Take care and have a lovely Friday afternoon.0 -
