Hi, I'm Mikey12345! PIP phone assessment cut off after one ring?

Had a pip assessment booked on 24th feb. At 10.30 am. Got a one ring call exactly at this time. Then it cut off. Has anyone else had this?

    Did you ring them to ask them what happened?

    Yes. My mum did who was with me because I can need prompting she has actually help write the words down to do this. Capita said one attempt was made. Nothing else on system. Health professional had not put anything on when we phoned on Friday. Pip call Monday they said to contact capita and ask for new appointment. I just don’t know anymore. It is making me ill and you don’t know who to trust.

    Ann Mickey’s mum. We phoned one hour later to capita who said one attempt was made. No notes on system left by health professional. But this was second call to capita. First one very poor signal, but I am not sure if I heard the girl say recorded as no answer. However, the second girl on a very clear line definitely said that the hp had not posted anything and had only made one attempt. Thank you Ann.

    I'm sorry your assessment didn't go as anticipated, how frustrating. Did you clarify with capita whether the assessment would be re-arranged? I hope so, but if not I would chase this up to get some clarity.
