Hi there my name is Jaide unfortunately I know it's a difficult situation for you to be in but we can't tell you anything just in case we get it wrong then we/ Scope would get into big trouble. However what we can do is tell you approximately how long it should take but please don't take our word for it.0

You will need to claim your state pension, it's not just automatically paid. https://www.moneyhelper.org.uk/en/pensions-and-retirement/state-pension/state-pension-an-overviewYour PIP will continue for as long as you remain entitled to it. Does you currently claim any other benefits, if so which ones? Are you single or living with a partner? If living with a partner are they state pension age or below?

Hello @macca and a big welcome to our online community, 66 next year? I would never have believed it!
Just to let you know, I've renamed your thread and moved it to our PIP, DLA and AA category to help others find it and reply.
It sounds like you filled in a PIP review form, when did you return this? Hopefully you will hear something back soon, so please keep us posted with how you get on.
All the best and take care.0 -
State pension age is 66. The title of your thread says you’ll be 65 next year and in your first comment you said you’re already 65. Can you please confirm which is correct?0

@poppy123456 I can account for the thread title being wrong! Apologies for any unnecessary confusion.
