It will depend on what date exactly you reported your health condition/sent your first fit note and what date you usually receive your money each month. Without that information it's impossible to help you further.

It was the 30th they got my first fit not in October and my ap is 22nd each month and I get paid on the 28th of each month. Thanks for replying0

Sorry my 1st fit note was in October0

If you reported your health condition on the same date as your fit note then your waiting period will be Nov to Feb... LCWRA starts from assessment period 22nd Feb to 21st March and first payment will be 28th of this month. If the extra money isn't included in this months money then they will owe you 1 month LCWRA element. This will then be paid separately.0

So they don't o me from 17th of October then as that's what they said I am awarded from? Plus it says they should pay you from the first fit note you put in.0

The LCWRA starts from the assessment period in which you reported the changes. However, there's a full 3 month assessment period waiting time for the LCWRA element to be paid and it's then paid from the 4th month. It's not paid at all during the waiting period. It doesn't say the LCWRA element is paid from your first fit note.
When the LCWRA element is awarded
In most cases, the LCWRA element is awarded after a 3 month waiting period beginning on the day you provide medical evidence. If it takes longer than 3 months to carry out your Work Capability Assessment the element you are awarded will be backdated to this point and you will be paid any amount owing. https://www.entitledto.co.uk/help/long-term-health-condition-or-disability-universal-credit
If you reported your health condition and sent your first fit note on 30th Oct then your first payment will be this month. If you were receiving any earnings since you sent your fit note and you didn't previously have the work allowance you maybe owed some extra money for this.

Hi @daisiewest88 and a warm welcome to our online community, I hope you're having a nice Sunday.
Just to let you know, I'll be emailing you shortly - it's nothing to worry about but please do keep an eye out for it. Plus, I've moved your thread to our Universal Credit (UC) category to help others find it who may be in a similar position.
Take care.0
