PIP AWARD TEXT

Hi, I've just received a text message from DWP/PIP saying I've been awarded PIP and that a letter explaining my award will be sent I was just wondering how long does it take for any backdated money to be put into my account I'm pretty new to all this and could appreciate any advice  thanks

    Once payment was made it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank.
    You can ring PIP to ask what you’ve been awarded and when to expect money into your bank and they will tell you.
