There's a 3 full month assessment period waiting time for the extra money and it's then paid from the 4th month after you sent your first fit note.

As i advised on your other thread here. https://forum.scope.org.uk/discussion/105116/hi-im-amy86-when-will-my-first-lcwra-payment-be-and-am-i-due-back-pay#latest Your waiting period is Sept to Dec.. LCWRA starts from assessment period 3rd Dec to 2nd Jan and first payment will be 9th Jan.

No, this year as in 9th Jan 2023. Why would you think it's next year? I did advise on your other thread that they owe you 4 months LCWRA element, which is up until April.

But I haven’t received any payment and they have only backdated it from December 22 to 3rd of April 23 ? Is that right or have they got it wrong

poppy123456

Yes from 3rd Dec to 3rd April, which is payment for Jan, Feb, March and April, 4 months. How can they backdate it but you've not received a payment?

Do you mean they've recalculated your statements and you've received a letter on your journal? If so once the money is paid then it takes 3-5 working days to go into your bank.

This is the letter sent on my journal I’m new to all this lwrca as the hospital sent me for my assessment sorry for so many questions x

But my first fit note was handed in on august the 3rd 2022 x

Yes that letter with the money they owe is correct.

That’s not what you said in your other thread. You said you sent your first fit note on 9th August. If the fit note was backdated then they don’t usually accept those.

So when should I expect a payment and how long for the back payment to go in x

Once payment is made it takes 3-5 days to go into your bank. They recalculated your statement very quickly. A lot of people are waiting several weeks for this to happen.
