    Some do and some don't. If the decision was made today then the texts are not sent until the following day because as i advised, the system doesn't update with the decision for up to 24 hours.

    The most likely outcome of the MR will be the decision doesn't change. Only 23% of them do.

    You can now request the Tribunal. https://www.gov.uk/appeal-benefit-decision/submit-appeal
    You should either appear in person or request a telephone/video hearing for the best chance of a decision in your favour.
