Lcwra back pay

Hi I received this letter in my journal after applying to go to tribunal after being knocked back from a MR
They looked at the decision one last time and decided to award me lcwra
It states here in the letter that I am entitle to LCWRA from 28th of Dec 2022 does this mean I am guaranteed to get backpay from this date?
I know I have some small gaps of up to two weeks during this time will they effect my back pay? My fit notes probably cover 80-90% of the timeframe
Any help or advice would be appreciated
