Hi I'm back some of you know who I am some of you probably don't lol... 😂 Any I didn't get first cost of living payment cause I applied after February this year's obviously they said if paid between January to February etc etc anyway if I didn't get first payment I should be eligible for second payment as I did get UC payment between August to September I did paid UC so I'm eligible correct yes?? Obviously people think that if you don't get paid first COL you want get second this is worng innit as it say If your paid Between August to September it should be eligible I believe I should get second...

For this CoL payment you must have been entitled to a payment of UC for an assessment period that ended between 18th August and 17th September. The first CoL payment is irrelevant for this one. Full details here. https://www.gov.uk/government/news/second-2023-to-2024-cost-of-living-payment-dates-announced

So I got paid on 13th September mean I eligible yes?? Because I didn't get first as i wasn't qualified so this time I get oh also I had pip COL tho... Already been paid that.. ok great poppy... Thanks you..1

Payment on 13th of the month means your assessment periods are 7th to 6th of every month. This means you are entitled to the £300.The PIP CoL payment is irrelevant. Payment is due anytime between 31st Oct and 19th November.0

I know you didn't. That information you see on my comment is in my signature so it appears on every comment. Unless you have it switched off, then you won't see it at all.

To turn it off, click the "yellow" face at the top right hand side of the screen. Then click "account and privacy settings." Then click signature settings and tick the boxes at the bottom. Then you won't see anyones signature, if they have anything typed in there. (not everyone does)

Up until today DWP have made 6.4 million payments of £300. There's over 8 million people entitled to the payment. If entitled you will receive it, there's a couple of weeks left yet. https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/cost-of-living-payment-2023-to-2024-management-information/cost-of-living-payment-2023-to-2024-management-information#means-tested-benefits-cost-of-living-payment-second-payment
