Exercise for Independence with Inclusfit

March is cerebral palsy awareness month & we have designed an exercise for independence series free of charge to get you all moving!!

Movement & exercise is extremely vital for CP! The more we move the better our CP is & the less pain we will be in!!

Come & join us this month where we go back to basics to get you moving!!
All we ask is for you to like the posts/comment on the posts & share the posts to reach more people!

For the past 10 years I have been working hard at making the fitness industry more accessible & have been working with many governing bodies on trying to achieve this!
