hi my name is John, I have just received the pip award review form, and I'm wondering if there is anu here I can go to get help to fill it in

About your review form, just fill it in exactly like you would a new claim form. Tell them everything about how you are affected in your day to day life by your conditions. Everything you've said before and anything new of course!
If you're looking for in-person help filling it in and there's no family or friends available you can try your local Citizen's Advice to see if there's any available benefits advisers.
