Just be aware of Facebook group to do with benefit advice from people. You can ask anonymously. But I find when I ask a question people put a laughing emoji, series questions. Not just me but others who ask questions have had hateful replies. I have since left. It's a shame that a handful of people spoil it for others. Wonder if they are like that in real life or like to mock when they sit behind a keyboard

Sorry you had a bad experience on Facebook @Andi66. Social media can be really rough sometimes. It's a shame that just a few bad people can ruin it for those looking for genuine help and support. Hope you're doing okay afterwards!

My sincere apologies for intruding i had a terrible experience on twitter. Someone wanted me to give them money. ( I know this wasn't Facebook but I just wanted people to be aware) . Hope I'm not intruding.

The problem is with groups like facebook, you don't really know if genuine people are running them, let alone if they have any experience in offering advise.

Also their are a lot of trolls who infiltrate such group and put stupid emoji's and abusive comments.

I joined a FB benefits group once quite a few years ago. It didn't take me long to click he "leave group" button. Absolutely terrible advice.

I use FB mainly to keep in touch with relatives around the world and for top memes, I'm in a few groups for Warhammer, but that's about it. I find a lot of groups far too toxic.

The people on the Internet are the same as in reality. Surprise

Social media is like that. Which ever platform you use. Some people hide themselves to just cause trouble and lots of bots.

hahaha😂… i think a handful of them are just there to waste other people's time.. one time i asked a question about a particular agency (removed by moderator - advertising) i have been seeing around, and yes it wasn't helpful at all… i was contemplating reaching out to this agency for help… one of the users legit left his tag in the comments asking me to cashapp him some money after i recover my BTC from an investment scam i was in..
