hi I am currently divorcing my ex husband who is in prison and I was wondering if he would be entitled to spousal maintenance seeing I am working and he is in there not working

Hi @looge and welcome to the community.
I'm unsure of the full ins and outs over what happens when someone is in prison, but I believe you'd now count as a single person/lone parent for any benefits? Hopefully another member will be able to give you a solid answer soon.

You could try citizens advice.

I am sure they would be able to advise you.
