No ESA payment. no warning its stopped
I have been on ESA for years and I have not received my regular payment. No letter. On saturday I received a Text saying someone would call me in 3 hours with a update but I had no contact or previous letters. I thought it was a mistake. They are closed now and i am so anxious I feel ill over it. What might be the reason this happens with no warning?

I can only guess what the reason maybe. I'm afraid you will need to ring them when they open tomorrow morning at 8am.
Telephone: 0800 169 0310
Textphone: 0800 169 0314

thankyou, its so random, especially with no letter or phone call. just that text, but no call. Talk about leaving someone in the dark, especially with no money now. no warning. 😥

i did have to submit my pip renewal form which i did like 10 days ago, i wonder if that effected it?

Does your ESA include the Severe disability Premium? If so then if they didn't receive your PIP form back on time then your PIP could be suspended and this would affect the SDP, which can suspend your ESA payment.

@poppy123456 finally got through to esa. After being hung up on the fist time after an hour. It was an upload. They wanted to check my address. That was all. So annoying they never send any notification. It's so worrying. I hate talking on the phone too. At least it's sorted now. Thankyou for your help.

That's a relief @gf123456. They do like to scare us don't they!? Hope you're having a relaxing day now 😊
