    Hello Poppy, you seem to know alot about this so wondering if u could help me out, I handed my first fit note on the 7th of June 2024

    It's now the 2nd of November 2024 and I usually get paid on the 8th of every month however I checked my statement on UC and they haven't paid the LCWRA. I looked at your previous posts explaining it and I thought I'd be paid this November the 8th but my statement doesn't show it yet. Could you let me know when you think my first lwcra payment will be please? Thank you

    Was the 7th June the actual date you provided the first fit note or the date on the fit note? It's the date you provided it that counts.

    Did you continue to provide fit notes the whole time until a decision was made? Gaps in fit notes can affect when the extra money is paid from.

    I'm assuming also that you're not claiming UC with a partner that already receives this element on your claim?
