Carer element & carer credit

I switched form legacy to UC and how can I apply for carer element or carer credit ?
I’m a full time carer of a disable child .

I see from a previous thread that you're claiming UC with your partner and one of you is already claiming carers allowance. When you claimed UC the person that claims carers allowance should have reported being a carer and the carers element of UC should have then been included in your statement. See thread.
Only one of you can claim carers element for your child. Carers credits are not needed because your partner is already claiming UC which also includes class 3 NI credits towards their state pension.
The other person doesn't need to claim carers credits either.
