hello just wanting to know if my daughter starts to claim carers for myself when she’s 16 would this affect my ESA support group allowance and my uc lcwra allowance
and would she be eligible for carers as she’s 16 and attending college 3 days a week 20 hrs

At the age of 16 then your UC should still include the child element for her. As this is paid when in full time education (12 hours or more per week) then she will not be able to claim carers allowance for looking after you. See link.
Are you claiming UC with a partner? If so then they can claim carers element for looking after you. They do not need to claim carers allowance to be entitled to carers element of UC.
