Teeth
Though they're not the best set like some people have, I cleaned my teeth today. If I clean my teeth everyday I hope they get the way I want them!

Twice a day with a quality toothpaste. You'll look great!

Yes, twice a day with good toothpaste and cut down on sweets, fizzy drinks - more plain fresh water is healthier for you

Floss and clean teeth twice daily with a good quality toothpaste(and ideally electric toothbrush)
If you haven’t been cleaning your teeth on a twice daily basis I would suggest making a dental appointment as plaque can form a coating over the teeth and you would just be brushing the plaque which does absolutely nothing.
Plaque also corrodes the teeth underneath, a dentist can easily and painlessly remove it though.
Make sure to have a checkup every 6 months with your dentist as to spot any issues early.

Dentist? They have all gone private!

I’ve no idea about the NHS dentists I’ve always been private, I think there’s a number you can call to find an NHS one though

How do you manage when they want hundreds for treatment? My local dentist, when it went private wanted only £118.99pcm, but the treatment fees were eye watering.

I feel like if you're paying that much per month it should cover treatments too?! I guess I am not that knowledgeable about the costs. My dentist charges £45 for a check up at least once a year. I think the one time I had to have some treatment it was a filling and it cost around £120 if I remember correctly?

I have private dental insurance so just pay a monthly payment and all treatment(including some cosmetic if it’s ever needed) is included.

Hello @Genetics 👋 My tip. Before you go to sleep rub Sensydone Repair and Protect paste all around your mouth. Don't rinse it off.

£18.99 even. My tablet acts weird using this site for some reason.
