I’ve had the same from CMHT psychiatrist, she deliberately destabilised me , took me almost 2 days to stop crying and I’m still distressed by it . My CMHT are completely useless and make me worse . I’m also thinking of making a complaint

The sychologist don't sinq with the support teams . And the managers are usually accountants. So it's all about £ signs, and usually say there taylored and deal with people with complex needs and support, but want you to fit in a black and white box not realising people's hidden disabilities effects them in different ways. The reality is not black and white

4 of them been lying to me since 2023 , made me so bad I ended up in psychiatric hospital , now the psychiatrist is blatantly lying about me as well . They just want to dismiss people , true what you say , it’s all about money and ticking a box .

Well pals really only deal with disputes but no influence in tre plans . So more like disagreements and info and reviews a lot of not good or positive.

Nhs director usually on the ibd along with large proportion of go's psychiatrist on mental health with them.

Cqc sorts out everything and more of an independent for the individual

tbh I think they all stick together when you complain , all back each other up .

Tell them you only want communication via email. It's a legal document. Then any questions you have regarding your mh or how you feel send them an email. This is evidence.

Also by email it's clearer and direct from both sides . Also you may find writing may be clearer on expressing yourself than words. When I'm stressed my voice raises and my anxiety can get hysterical. Coming across and being interpreted the wrong way

thx , this is really good advice . I’m exactly the same and can get really distressed then start shouting and crying at same time . I think email is much better coz I always forget what I want to say fully then get depressed that I let myself down .
