I live with my mum who is in receipt of her state pension and attendance allowance at the higher rate and I would like to know as I Work does my mum qualify for housing benefit. The house is in her name but I’ve been paying the rent. I’m not sure if this is right or wrong.

It will depend on her circumstances. She can apply through her local Authority and wait for a decision to be made.

that really isn’t helpful. She’s in receipt of both state pension allowance no savings and I I’ve already supported my to apply for housing benefit because this is her house but I’m currently paying the rent.

You could try one of the benefits calculators to estimate any entitlement to hb for your Mum, while you wait for the application to be processed.
