Just seen the independent
True or false or just wait and see if it's in the green paper.
I like the idea of the cousin being lifelong, I was indefinite DLA. It's very unlikely as I get older that things will suddenly get better.
I have extra costs, but everyone's will be so different, how do you begin to categorize that? They type three levels, DLA had that, low, middle, high. Are they actually going BACK to his things were?!

Very interesting article!
Although as they are putting forward proposals to DWP later this year, they won't have any influence on the upcoming Green Paper.

Interesting to see what comes of it, if anything. DLA for life, PIP not, so reading that, someone who uses common sense was on The Committee for a change, the savings in no reviews for affected for life would save an awful lot.
I think UC is ill thought out, for us, not them, disabled lumped in with unemployed, so fair game for some MPs, media & whipped up plonkers to kick us, as they don't see beyond the main UC Jobseekers part.

Plenty plonkers out there, whipped up or otherwise, lol.

So true, sadly!

I was surprised that UC had a limited capacity for work element. I would have thought that was what ESA was designed for. So maybe they always planned to lump everyone together regardless.
I don't have a limited capacity to work, I struggle to function from one end of the day to the other.
