Hi, just wondering if I could get any help with my flooring issues as I have not long moved into the property and can't afford to put anything down at the moment and the concrete is making the house really cold. it is just myself and 2 kids in our first housing association property and the council have just said that I need to sort this out myself. any advise or help would be much appreciated.
many thanks

Have you had a look at your local freecycle? You may find rugs on there. Not perfect but better than nothing

Have you spoken to your Housing Officer?
