I feel so down because I have disability mentel health myself also anxity I look after my partner I used to work but now I dont. I think there no one that understand what I an going throw never had support in my life

    Hi @Lorna2025, welcome to the community. You're definitely not alone here, I'm sure lots of our members will understand what you're going through. Anxiety can be really difficult to live with and many people on the outside don't understand what it's like to live with it.
