Hi very sorry to hear that but did you apply for a mandatory reconsideration?
Also did you obtain a copy of the assessor report to see why that disicion was made?

You need to ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration of the decision, and state which descriptor you meet for the Support Group.
If the decision is unchanged, you would then go to an independent appeal tribunal.
(the descriptors for ESA SG are the same)

I be on ESA for over 20 years , due to ill health, and was on real bad money about Β£180 a fortnight, untill my support worker at the time said I should apply for pip in 2021 which I was awarded, standard in both but what a different it mate to my life, as my ESA also when up, I had a pip reassessment last year and was awarded again ,I haven't had a ESA assessment for aleast 12 years, and I haven't had to do any work activity, but last September I was send a ESA 50 for reassessment, and says I am in work related activity group, and had be told that's why my money was so low before pip, so I have no idea of the report or anything from 12 years π

As the reassessment was in September you aren't out of time to ask for a Mandatory Reconsideration of the decision, then take it to independent appeal tribunal hearing if necessary.

Sorry I think you misunderstood me, I haven't had a ESA assessment for 12 years, in September I got the dreaded ESA 50 form, witch I filled out and I'm waiting to be reassessed, but for all these years I thought I was in the support group, when actually I am in work related activity group, but have never engaged in any work activity all been asked to do so, but I understand work activity group is a low rate, to support group, which I didn't, I believe I should be in the support group, as I have severe anxiety disorder, and snuggle to even leave my home π

No problem, I understand.
So you are definitely out of time to appeal the previous decision, but as you are currently being reassessmed this is your chance to try and get into the Support Group.
Have a look at the descriptors I posted and see where you would fit. Use that as your guide for the assessment, and MR/appeal if needed.

I posted the link on my first reply- look for the purple text "who goes into the"... And click on that.
The descriptors for UC LCWRA are the same as ESA Support Group.
