A message to Scope about PIP

Can someone from Scope reply please. I want to know if what was announced today set in stone or can it be stopped. I am so scared that I am going to lose my PIP which runs out again in 2 years and my car which I rely on. Without it I am housebound.
I want to know if this has to go through the courts or if this is just something that labour says they are doing and it will be done.
Would like to know more details please. I know I am not the only one who is terrified so I think lots of people on here would like a response from scope

My mother in an effort to calm me down said this, these are proposals will require legislation but before that a Green Paper is coming out, then a White paper.
Think of proposals like a shopping list, what they want and what they'll get are two different things.
Despite what my mother has said I'm still worried sick and scared for the future.

I have done and not had a reply. I understand it is a busy time

Hopefully a lot of these plans will eventually be watered down before becoming law.

Nothing is set in stone yet.
It will require further consultation.
A lot of charities will be objecting and back bench MP's
It will most likely take some time and possibly legal challenges before any proposed changes can be passed.

Can labour make these changes without a vote and what are the chances that labour will lose the vote. Not being funny, but I see a lot of charities are going to object to it but what can these charities really do. The government past and present don't listen to the views of the charities like they don't listen to the views of the people they are supposed to serve.
This is going to put a lot of lives at risk and all the negative emotions I am hearing from people is shocking and how they feel their lives are at risk.
