can you tell me if PIP money can be controlled by the LA if child has a FCO. IE we can give it to her as her needs arise. she is vulnerable due to her ASD and might use it to run away and she is not mature act about 7-12 sometimes young although she is 16 - she cannot leave independently qt this time.
