Hi ,every one my question about benefits

No your personal award for ESA & UC is not effected.
There would be no change to Housing Element (if applicable) either - if you get Daily Living PIP?
You would need to let Council Tax know, in case any Council Tax Reduction needs to be reassessed.

Each council runs a different scheme for Council Tax Reduction, so it's very hard to advise on individual cases from here.

Thank you so much for answering my quires much appreciated , just one thing do I need to inform ESA any thing ? like receiving PiP or my sons working as you said my ESA wont effect if I am receiving PIP daily living need

I said your personal ESA & UC awards are not affected.
The only possible impact would be any Housing Element you might get which is paid under UC.
But as you get Daily Living PIP that wouldn't apply in this case.
Getting PIP has no impact on your ESA either.

hello , Good afternoon everyone, have a nice bright day u all
please advice
age 50 single lone parent under pension age living with 2 adult sons both working, I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2023 had chemo and radiation treatment , now still on medication for next 5 year , living with my 2 sons both working .
Thankfully awarded with ESA support group and PIP enhanced disability and mobility
on UC receiving housing element and recently apply for council tax reduction or support .
I have some confusion in my ESA (support group)
I was advised by some one that I can apply for enhanced disability premium in ESA as well, because I am receiving pip (enhanced disability)
DO i need to ask ESA ,or am I eligible? or they already included in my support group ? or if they already included how would I know ?
please advice if I missed something
Thank You

As you don't live alone there is no automatic entitlement to SDP.
Unless everyone else living with you gets a qualifying benefit, you are not eligible to receive SDP

hi , Thanks for a reply but I asked for the enhanced disability premium in my situation not SDP or they are same ? sorry if I have misunderstood

Premiums are only paid with the old style Income Related ESA.
As you get UC your ESA is New Style ESA which is Contributions Based, no premiums are payable with NS ESA.
Sorry I didn't pick up on that before.
