Claiming lcw uc pip for mental health

Hi just wondering if anyone can answer I couple of questions please.

I am receiving uc and on lwc not lwcra as I didn't qualify but I did qualify for standard pip & standard mobility for mental health panic disorder anxiety depression agrofobia.

My question is my universal credit coach wants me to do work related activity and go into the job centre I am extremely anxious as I have agrofobia and there giving me no choice but to go to appointment. I am now worried if I build up to go to job centre my pip claim will be stopped because I am claiming for not been able to leave the house etc I don't no what to do they don't accept me for lwrca but pip said I qualify for standard pip for my mental disabilitys.

What can I do ?

I have appointment on Monday because I recently changed my bank details they want to see me to verify that's it me and now I am panicking I've asked them for a video call they said no and said if my illness is that bad that I should report a change I said I already tried last year and I didn't qualify for lwcra just lcw then I got pip and left it as that as it was causing stress on me .so what do I do ? Do I re apply again for lwcra or do I leave it as it is ? If I leave it they will expect me to look for work then my pip claim will no longer be in effect ?

they are doing the same thing to me and I get full pip and LCWRA. Mine is because they need to see proof of my savings .

They are supposed to allow you a reasonable adjustment such as a phone assessment and allow you to email them any documents they require from you.

@luvpink yeah I thought so but she was adamant I have to go down on Monday with my bank card and passport just for to verify I am who I say I am it's ridiculous putting me threw this stress.

I would ring tommorow and make a complaint to her line manager.

Tell them you request a reasonable adjustment and its making you unwell with panic and anxiety because you are agrophobic and you feel bullied and harrassed and that you will have to consult your Doctor because of the distress it is causing you.
