Clarity

hi i keep looking around the internet looking for some clarity if new style esa is still staying for existing people or not seems very unfair if you payed all the money in over the years and now because you have some savings which you have saved for you are discriminated against I have a degenerative neurological disease just wanting some peace and quiet please can we have some answers
