Hi @krj991, I uploaded my tenancy agreement (which included the monthly rent) and my council tax statement, both in PDF format. They were accepted without any issues, and I wasn’t asked any further questions. Just sharing my experience!

I believe UC accept jpgs as well.

Hi @krj991, I did this fairly recently and they accepted a picture of my tenancy agreement and a council tax bill in .jpg format 😊
