    As of yet it appears the change will impact all ages who are eligible for PIP. There’s nothing in the green paper about exemptions for those over state pension age for instance. They are considering raising the age of child transfer from DLA to PIP to 18

    There been on p.i.p for ages and gave them an indefinite award there over state pension and retired

    The proposals suggest that the mobility side of PIP continues as before
